Delivery

The common mode of delivery is via Uber. Since your order needs a specific temperature to travel, the order is sent via Uber in an air-conditioned car. You will be required to pick up your order from the car once the Uber has reached your location.

Delivery charges- These charges are based on the area of delivery. Delivery costs vary by distance. The charges will be determined based on the delivery address from our studio in Mahim West, Mumbai.

Since our products are made to order, we have a preparation time of minimum 4 hours for all products. Some products also have a pre-order time of 24 hours. Please check on the delivery schedules for all products before purchase.

For orders that are picked up from our studio, by any mode, including a third-party courier, we do not take any liability for the product once it has left our premises.
